I’m out tonight for some fun and action, celebration’s my part time addiction
I drink when I’m blue, I should not and it’s true, it makes me smile for nothing
When nothing makes me smile, it helps me to see on the other side, my glass, never empty
Life feels perfect in this moment, it’s total bliss, and instant perfection
You better not know how much I must drink to run away from my reality
Booze is a true friend, the reason why I can be lonely and happy
Partying & drinking prevent me from thinking about all the bad things, Fill my glass buddy
Not over the edge, Just a lil’ sip, Not over the edge, Just a lil’ sip
Don’t waste my time oh no baby, I do it so well by myself lately
I’m a moonshiner, a beer lover, most of the time a bad writer
Just a shadow of myself, I don’t wanna be anything else
I’m up for another drink, not the last probably the start of a long list
You better not know how much I must drink to run away from my reality
Booze is a true friend, the reason why I can be lonely and happy
Partying & drinking prevent me from thinking about all the bad things, Fill my glass buddy
Not over the edge, Just a lil’ sip, Not over the edge, Just a lil’ sip
Blackout blackout, my turn to pay the shots, let’s party baby, gin, martini, whisky
I cannot find another way to express my pain, Don’t blame me, that’s the rules of the game
I should slow it down if I want to stay sane, The idea swimming in my brain
I know you hurt me, I’d better drink tea
Partying & drinking prevent me from thinking about all the bad things, Drinks after drinks
Staying up all night, pretending I’m allright
You better not know how much I must drink to run away from my reality
Booze is a true friend, the reason why I can be lonely and happy

Twenty years later than I would have liked, but hells yes! I stumbled upon "No manners in Ireland" yesterday, cueing the easiest binge buy in a while. This is a nice blend of skillful instrumentalism, great lead voice and good tunes. The old Toasters / Madness / Bosstones fan in me is bouncing off the ceiling again. Thank you for that. You seem to be gathering steam as well. Here's to a long run! raphaelhythlodai
